Bri’s mother Jessica emailed me to schedule a maternity session. Bri was almost 38 weeks at the time of her session, she rocked it!
Heather Malone was at the studio doing Bri’s hair and make up, the moment I walked in I was super excited that she chose to do an indoor session. Bri was extremely shy, but she didn’t let that stop her from posing exactly how I wanted her to. She had dreamed of wearing my new Katharina Hakaj gowns and she felt like a princess wearing them. Several clients even asked me if she was a model once they saw her images posted on social media.
Maternity sessions are one of my favorites. When I was pregnant I remember I never even had enough energy to dress up, put make up on, or even feel beautiful. I love making my clients feel the beauty in their pregnancy. When their sweet newborn is born, they will look back and be thankful they took the time to capture their baby bump.
